Fantasy Types

Sprites, nymphs, elves, fairies, and other fanciful characters can be done in an impressionistic style. Sprites, elves and the like should be done in light shades of green or brown to resemble forest colours. In addition they can have small pointes noses and ears, While fairies can be made up straight and pretty in light shades of foundation. Within the fantasy types one can include such makeups as might be found in, ‘Alice in Wonderland’ 1951 by Dick Smith, Shakespeare’s ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’, ‘The Wizard of Oz’ in 1939 by Jack Dawn and more similar productions on stage for the screen.
